Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words are used with the meanings described below:

• "Platform" refers to the jitase.cam website, all its services, game lobby, payment gateway and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on and/or using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account on the platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, cash rewards or other benefits provided by jitase.
• "Bet" refers to a wager placed by a user on any game or sporting event.

In these terms and conditions, singular words also include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the legal meaning of the terms.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To create an account on jitase and use the platform's services, a user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Minors will not be permitted to use the platform under any circumstances. If a user registers by providing a false age, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity. If attempts to create multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or payment method are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. jitase may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Please do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

jitase may request a copy of your national identity card, birth registration certificate or passport as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process when required. Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete.

3.3 Account Ownership

Transferring, selling or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited. The account may only be used by the person who registered it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jitase is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur for accounts under verification. jitase reserves the right to verify necessary documents before approving a withdrawal request.

4.3 Payment Verification

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are prohibited.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Prevailing exchange rates may apply for foreign currency conversions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jitase offers new users a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more gives you a ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met. Only bets on specified games will count toward the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once per eligible account.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• jitase reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If misuse of a promotional activity is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal entertainment purposes.

5.4 VIP Program

jitase's VIP program for regular players has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, starting at up to 0.2% at the Bronze tier and increasing to up to 1.0% at the Diamond tier. VIP tier is determined based on playing activity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Placing a bet on the jitase platform means the user has fully accepted the rules of the relevant game. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the data recorded in the jitase system will be considered final.

6.2 Finality of Results

No changes will be accepted after a game result has been announced, unless the result was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, jitase reserves the right to determine the correct result.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitase platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Placing bets or playing casino games using third-party funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or network.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and, where necessary, notification of law enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

The jitase platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we make every effort to resolve any technical issues promptly.

8.2 Financial Loss

jitase is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from gaming activity. Gaming always carries financial risk and the user accepts this risk fully and voluntarily.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The jitase platform includes content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft. These third-party providers have their own terms and conditions and policies that are outside jitase's control.

Privacy and Data Protection

jitase places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. For details on how your information is collected, stored and used, please see our Privacy Policy.

jitase uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Personal information is not sold to third parties. Information is used only as needed to provide the service.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

Upon receiving a complaint, jitase will generally conduct a necessary investigation. A written response will be provided to the complainant within a reasonable time. If the issue is not resolved through customer service, further options may be considered.

10.3 Final Decision

The decision of jitase's management authority will be considered final in all disputes, unless clear evidence of a technical error is found.

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. Please contact our support team to do so. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed (bonus-related terms apply).

11.2 Closure at jitase's Discretion

jitase may immediately suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Participating in prohibited activities.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• Suspicion of financial fraud.

In the event of account closure, a legal decision will be made after a proper investigation.

11.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, users can voluntarily lock their account for a specific period of time. To use this feature, please contact the support team.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

jitase reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If any significant changes are made, users will be notified in advance — where possible, via email or platform notification.
